Building homes is where Ace Estates started. My father came to America chasing the American dream and began building homes in New Jersey in the 1990s. I grew up on his job sites, and in 2016 I founded Ace Estates to carry that work forward with a higher standard of design and communication. Today we build custom homes and ground-up new construction across Union and Middlesex County, managing everything from the foundation to the final finishes.

One Builder From Plans to Keys
New construction involves more trades and more decisions than any other project. As a design-build firm with our own design showroom, we bring the cabinetry, countertops, tile and fixtures into the plan early, so selections are made before framing starts rather than holding up the schedule later. You get one point of contact, a written schedule and weekly progress updates through every phase.
How Much Does It Cost to Build a New Home in New Jersey?
New homes are priced per project. Cost depends on square footage, site conditions, foundation type, structural design and finish level. Once your plans are developed, we provide fixed pricing in writing during pre-construction, so you know your number before ground is broken.
How Your New Home Comes Together
- Consultation. We review your lot, your plans or ideas, and your budget.
- Design and selections. Plans finalized with your architect; finishes chosen at our Luxxe showroom.
- Pre-construction. Final scope, fixed pricing, permits and a phased written schedule.
- Build. Site work through finishes, with weekly progress updates.
- Walkthrough and handover. Final inspections, certificate of occupancy and your keys.

Do you work with my architect?
Yes. We can join the architect you already have, or recommend architects we work with. Bringing the builder in early keeps the design on budget.
Can you tear down my existing house and build new?
Yes. Teardown and rebuild projects are a good option when an existing home would cost more to renovate than to replace.
