Our hot water heater went out over Memorial Day weekend (worst timing possible), and they truly saved us. What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Vauxhall and work throughout Middlesex and Union County, including Westfield, Summit, Short Hills, Millburn, Scotch Plains, Chatham, New Providence and Watchung.

How much does a kitchen or bathroom remodel cost?

Our bathrooms typically range from $15,000 to $40,000, and our kitchens from $30,000 to $160,000, depending on size, layout changes and finishes. Kitchen pricing does not include appliances.

Why is pre-construction so important?

We only take on projects where we can complete a full pre-construction phase. We sit down with you to finalize the design and choose every finish before work begins. Decisions are thought through instead of rushed, our trades work from exact details, and you avoid the delays and last-minute changes common on other jobs.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A deposit secures your place on our schedule and covers early costs like materials and permits. The remaining payments follow project milestones set out in your contract.

I want to build an addition. Where do I start?

Start by bringing an architect and a general contractor together. When they work as a team from the beginning, your design stays within budget and you avoid costly back-and-forth. We’re happy to recommend architects we work with.

What does a general contractor do?

A general contractor manages your entire project: planning, estimating, scheduling, permits, purchasing materials and overseeing every trade on site, so the job finishes on time and done right.
