About Ace Estates: Two Generations of Building in New Jersey
My father came to America as an immigrant chasing the American dream, and started building homes in the 1990s. I grew up on his job sites. I learned what it takes to build a home the right way, and to treat every client’s home like it was our own.
In 2016 I founded Ace Estates to carry that work forward, with one thing added: a better experience for the homeowner. Clear communication, careful planning and design that makes a house feel like home. Today we are a licensed design-build contractor serving homeowners and businesses across Middlesex and Union County, New Jersey.

What We Stand For
- Plan first, build once. Every project goes through pre-construction, so decisions about design, materials and budget are made calmly, not in a rush mid-build.
- Communication you can count on. Weekly updates, a written schedule and a direct line to the owner.
- Craftsmanship in the details. We follow through on the small things other contractors skip, from waterproofing behind the tile to the final punch list.
